SOAPBOX: i wasn't planning to participate but, after the only stations i could
SOAPBOX: hear on 10 meters were three from finland, i looked up the rules to
SOAPBOX: determine what the exchange information needed to be and was able to
SOAPBOX: complete qsos with all three stations. my antenna was a "cb whip" on
SOAPBOX: a magnetic base on the roof of my vehicle, parked in my driveway.
SOAPBOX: radio was a yaesu ft-991 running 100 watts from a lifepo4 battery.
SOAPBOX: antennas for 15m and 20m also used the magnetic base on the roof of
SOAPBOX: my vehicle but were changed; i hope that still qualifies for the
SOAPBOX: wire-only overlay.
